    • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine

    • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
    • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
    • Empty trash containers regularly
    • Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
    • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
    • Clean food prep stations and equipment
    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    • Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and other work areas.
    • Perform carpet shampoo as scheduled by supervisor.
    • Clean vacant unit apartments, as assigned by supervisor.
    • Responsible for upkeep and control of custodial supplies in assigned closet.
    • Assist with building and grounds maintenance upon request of supervisor.
    • Perform tasks that are required to allow the complex to function on a day‑to‑day basis, emptying wastebaskets, transporting trash and waste to disposal area. Perform exterior grounds cleanup 3 times per week.

Use of hand tools required for job assignments. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
