Kavod Senior Life (Kavod) has been recognized with a 2019 Top Workplaces Award by The Denver Post. This annual contest measures employee satisfaction and results in a list of 100 of the state’s top workplaces for the calendar year.
“We are delighted to receive this award,” said Michael Klein, President and CEO of Kavod. “Our employees recognize our positive organizational culture, which then translates to optimal service for the older adults in our community.”
Kavod employs nearly 100 full and part-time team members to provide housing and support services for adults age 62+. The organization has adopted the four core values of Commitment, Excellence, Compassion and Respect, which have been implemented, upheld and exemplified by staff members.

For this award, Denver Post research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools, gathers feedback from employees and uses the data to make the top workplace designations. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

This recognition shows that Kavod attracts and retains high-quality staff that assure both Senior Living and Assisted Living residents can live life with independence, dignity and fulfillment.
