Preferred Home Health Provider

Project Summary and Goals: Kavod Senior Life (Kavod) is seeking proposals from Class A home care providers to become a preferred resource for older adults (62+) residing in our Senior Living apartments. Selected agencies would serve as the primary referral source for Kavod residents, family members, staff and external discharge planners to assist with resident care needs.
